Scope of Work:
GCHP-PolyBar entails the rehab of two historic commercial structures at 1725 and 1731 Baronne. The total development cost is $10 million, and the project will be financed through a combination of equity and debt sources, including New Markets Tax Credits, state and federal historic tax credits, state live performance infrastructure tax credits, private donations and public grants. Construction will begin in Second Quarter of 2013.
